Orange Blossom ~ The bloom committee says, "Bring the Bees."  Our bees take a ride 250 miles south of San Francisco and then they travel just east of Fresno, California for this sweet nectar.  During the bloom, the air smells like perfume.  When our bees gather nectar from our California orange blossoms, they produce the Orangey-est, Blossomey-est honey you can imagine.  But don't imagine it, order some and taste the difference yourself.  One of our most popular varietals, our Orange blossom was twice named "Best take on this variety in America".  This honey is very Floral and has a "Water-White" color.
