CIA Honey ~ CIA Greystone Herb Garden Honey is harvested from our apiary at The Culinary Institute of American in St. Helena, Napa Valley, CA.  We harvest from this location several times each year.  The honey will change with the seasons.  The bees gather sweet nectars from herbs, fruit tree blossoms, garden flowers and wildflowers producing a dark amber complex honey with an herbal flavor that will excite your tastebuds.
