Wild West Wildflower  ~ This tasty Dark honey is caramelized & molasses-like. Use this honey on toast or pancakes, for baking, for balsamic vinaigrettes, on yogurt and best of all in that BBQ sauce you'll be cooking up. It's a wildflower blend made from the pollens and nectars of all of our honeys.  This is the only honey that we warm. That is how we get the rich caramelized taste. It is heated to temperatures between 110 degrees & 120 degrees.  If you like dark honeys that are strong and rich with flavor, you will love our Wild West Wildflower.
