These 6 Marshall's Farm Honeys were either used in the recipes that were prepared on the November 16th episode of "Emeril Green" or produced in the hives at the Gardens of the Culinary Institute of America where the cooking portion of the show was filmed. Helene and Spencer Marshall were guided by Emeril as he prepared and presented 6 incredible dishes - each one made with a Marshall's Farm varietal or wildflower Honey.
