This honey varies with the seasons from Light to possibly dark.  However It is harvested from our hives on the sunny Fairmont Hotel Terrace above the Tonga Room on the California side of San Francisco's Landmark Hotel.  You can see the hives from the lobby level of the hotel.  This is a great gift, souvenir and conversation piece for sure.
