Honey-I’m-Home ~The estate honey of the Marshall's farm is harvested from the hives at our ranch, The Flying Bee Ranch, which is the home of Marshall's Farm.  This honey is complex and always very very fresh.   Our acreage hosts Eucalyptus, Lavender, organic garden vegetables and an array of local wildflowers & fruit tree blossoms.  The honey is always wonderful and new because the hives are just a short walk from our honey house.  When you visit our farm you will see these hives in various stages of their development from a small "nuc" to a towering very productive multi-supered hive.   When there is Honey I'm Home to harvest, whether it be a few pounds or a little more, the beekeeper brings it in.  Consequently this honey is harvested many times throughout the four seasons.  Honey-I'm Home Wildflower is a robust amber multi-floral honey with a varietal lavender influence.  It can also be used for relief from Pollen Allergies in late Spring, Summer & Fall in Napa & Solono Counties, CA.
