Honey sales are Final Sales. We cannot accept returns on Marshall's Farm Honey as it is a food product that is not sealed commercially. It is not required that the honey be sealed since nothing can live or grow in it. However, since we have no control over who handles our honey product after it leaves our honey house, we cannot take it back. If a jar arrives broken, save the packaging, notify us immediately so that we can notify the shipping company. UPS or Fedex will pickup the damaged package. A replacement item will be sent. Re: Gift Items & non food products. If you wish to return anon-perishable gift or non-food item, notify us within 5 days of receipt of your order. We will issue a call tag for pickup and issue you a credit to be spent at our online store, our farm in American Canyon or at one of the local S.F. Bay Area Farmers' Markets where we sell our products.
